New opportunities for 2016

We have finalized our workshop offerings and dates for 2016!  We are offering the first workshop in our series, “The Non-Negotiables: Laying the Foundation for Change Success”, on April 11th and again this September.  This workshop is targeted at people who want to learn how to implement a successful and sustainable change.  It doesn’t matter how big or small or complex your project is, these principles apply.  Whether you are getting ready to start a new change effort, are mid-way through one, or are coming off of a change that maybe didn’t go as well as you had hoped, this workshop can help.

We are also developing two new workshops in response to client demand and these will each be offered for the first time this fall.
